AT TMS we call it 'Foster Teachership'.

Under the foster teachership initiative, teachers offer to parents to keep their ward one hour extra in the school after regular school hours. The students can use this extra time to get their doubts clarified or take extra lessons and projects. It helps weaker students to develop essential study skills that are vital for academic success.
